Abstract
S primerno vzpostavljenim programom zanesljivosti želimo preko analize podatkov priti do primernih ukrepov, s katerimi zmanjšamo pogostost okvar. S takim načinom povečamo ekonomičnost samega vzdrževanja, ki lahko na primeru velike flote letal znotraj organizacije pomeni bistven prihranek pri stroških, ki nastanejo zaradi nepotrebne menjave določene komponente. Osnovno pravilo pri analizi so dobri vhodni podatki, od katerih je odvisna kvaliteta samih ukrepov. Naloga vključuje predstavitev metode, ki je najprimernejša za organizacijo, ki opravlja z manjšim številom letal primerljivega tipa – v tem primeru na letalih proizvajalca Embraer ERJ 135, 135 Legacy in 145. Preko zbranih podatkov je napravljena analiza okvar posameznih komponent skupaj s primernimi korektivnimi ukrepi. Podani so tudi predlogi, ki bi omogočili zanesljivejše ter natančnejše zbiranje podatkov za nadaljnje delo.

Title:Defect analysis and preparation of corrective actions inside Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation
Abstract:
With a correctly established reliability program we want to prepare corrective actions based on data analyses, to reduce the frequency of defects. We can achieve greater cost-effectiveness of maintenance, that can in the case of a big fleet means greater cost saving as a result of unnecessary replacement of a component. For a good corrective action, it is crucial to have good input data used for analyses. Diploma work includes the presentation of the appropriate method used for the organisation operating with a small fleet of comparable aircraft types. In this case aircraft of manufacturer Embraer ERJ 135, 135 Legacy and 145. Analyse is made based on collected data for individual components together with corrective actions. There are suggestions for future work with those it would be possible to achieve reliable and thorough data collection.
