Abstract
V pričujočem delu je predstavljena postavitev in optimizacija video nadzornega sistema, ki je namenjen zaznavanju napak med masovno proizvodnjo kartona. V velikih podjetjih, med katera uvrščamo tudi Količevo Karton d.o.o., je nemotena in učinkovita proizvodnja določenega produkta ključnega pomena, kar pa je zaradi masovne proizvodnje pogosto težko zagotoviti. Med proizvodnjo kartona nastanejo določene napake na kartonu, bodisi zaradi mehanskih okvar, nečistoč, nepazljivosti ali drugih težav, ki lahko povzročajo celo pretrge kartona. Pogoje dodatno otežujeta tudi vlaga in visoka temperatura. Za boljši pregled nad proizvodnjo kartona in zaznavanje napak v realnem času je zato potrebno uporabiti ustrezni video nadzorni sistem. Namen diplomskega dela je, da zagotovimo optimalno postavitev ter delovanje video nadzornega sistema v realnem procesu masovne proizvodnje kartona. V delu se primarno osredotočamo na zagotavljanje primerne osvetlitve kartona v območju merjenja, izbiri, namestitvi in pravilni nastavitvi kamer za optimalni zajem slik, vključno z izbiro primernega objektiva, ter njihovi povezavi z računalniškim sistemom. Poskrbimo tudi za zaščito pred morebitnimi poškodbami opreme, ki bi lahko nastale zaradi pogojev med proizvodnjo. V zaključku diplomskega dela pa se na konkretnih primerih posvetimo še postopku zaznavanja napak s pomočjo optimiziranega video nadzornega sistema, njihovi analizi ter končni odpravi.

Title:Optimization of video surveillance system used for error detection in mass production of cardboard
Abstract:
In the following work is presented the installation and optimization of video surveillance system, used for error detection in the mass production of cardboard. In the big companies, such as Količevo Karton d.o.o., undisturbed and efficient production of a certain product is crucial but in the same time difficult to ensure, because of the mass production. In the production process of cardboard certain types of errors may occur, caused by mechanical defects, dirt, carelessness or other difficulties. Some of them could even lead to cracks in the cardboard. Moisture and high temperature as well affect the working conditions. For better inspection of the production of cardboard and real-time error detection, use of suitable video surveillance system is necessary. The purpose of this diploma work is to ensure optimal installation and function of the real-time video surveillance system, in the mass production of cardboard. The first focus of the work is to ensure suitable lighting of the cardboard in the measurement area, choosing, installing and correct setting of cameras for optimal image detection, including how to choose the suitable objective and then its connection with the computer system. In the same time we provide protection of the equipment from possible damages which could happen in the production process. In the conclusion of this diploma work, with practical examples are shown the error detection process with optimised video surveillance system, their analysis and final results.
