Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava zasnovo aseptične dozirne tlačne posode. V prvem delu so opisane zahteve za posodo, uporabljeno v tehnološkem postopku v formaciji. V nadaljevanju predstavimo veljavno slovensko zakonodajo in standarde za načrtovanje in izdelavo takih posod. V drugem delu diplomskega dela se posvetimo preračunom po standardu SIST EN13445. Podani so izračuni debelin plašča tlačne posode, vseh priključkov in dvižnih ušes. Posebno pozornost smo namenili kontroli zvarnih spojev na plašču posode na utrujanje. Kot varnostni element je uporabljen varnostni ventil, za katerega smo izvedi preračun pretoka. Spojna objemka za priklop posode na reaktor je preverjena tudi na potresne obremenitve. Vključena so še navodila za uporabo in vzdrževanje posode.

Title:Design of a dosing pressure vessel
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the concept of aseptic dosing pressure vessel. The first part describes the requirements for the vessel used in the technological process in the formation. Further on we present current Slovenian legislation and standards for the design and manufacture for dosing containers. Thesis second part is devoted to the calculation according to standard SIST EN13445. Calculations were made for the thickness of the pressure vessel coating, vessel connections and lifting ears. Particular attention was paid to fatigue control of the welded joints on the vessel coat. As a safety element, a safety valve is used, for which a flow conversion is performed. The coupling clamp for connecting the vessel to the reactor is tested for earthquake loads. Instructions for use and maintenance of the container are also included.
