Raba mobilnih naprav za dostop do interneta med učenci osnovne šole

Hitremu razvoju interneta in pametnega mobilnega telefona je sledilo tudi povečanje moči in količine prenosa podatkov, kar nam je omogočilo neomejeno sporazumevanje in dostopanje do vseh želenih informacij. V hipu lahko posnamemo fotografije, jih delimo s prijatelji, poslušamo glasbo ali plačujemo račune. Pametni mobilni telefon v povezavi z internetom je postal naš stalni spremljevalec in nepogrešljiv sestavni del našega življenja. Otroci že zelo zgodaj dobijo pametne mobilne telefone, s tem pa se jim odpre virtualni svet, ki je poln različnih možnosti, priložnosti in tudi tveganj. Koliko poznajo omenjen nov svet, kako dostopajo do njega, v kakšni meri in za kakšen namen ga uporabljajo in kakšno vlogo pri tem igrajo starši, so le nekatera vprašanja, na katera sem iskal odgovore v magistrskem delu. V štirih skupinskih diskusijah so osnovnošolski otroci z mano delili njihova mnenja, razmišljanja, spoznanja in izkušnje glede uporabe interneta in pametnih mobilnih telefonov ter mi tako omogočili vpogled v njihov vsakdan.

• Title: The use of mobile devices for accessing the Internet among primary school students

Abstract

With the rapid development of the Internet and the smartphone, followed by the power and also the amount of data transfer, we have not only the possibility of unlimited communication, but we can also access all the information we need at any time, take photos, share them with friends, listen to music or pay the bills. A smartphone in association with the Internet has become our constant companion and for our normal functioning, an indispensable part of our life. Children get smartphones at an early age and in doing so, opening up a new virtual world of different options, opportunities and risks. How well do they know the new world, how they access it, to what extent and for what purpose it is used and what role do the parents play in it are just some of the questions to which I tried to find the answers. In four group discussions, primary school children shared with me their opinions, reflections, insights and experiences regarding the use of the Internet and smartphones, and thus gave me an insight into their daily lives.
