Abstract
Delo preučuje 3D merjenje na podlagi ploskovnega osvetljevanja z digitalnim projektorjem, katerega razvoj je omogočilo odkritje tehnologije DLP. V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno njeno delovanje in uporabnost pri optičnem 3D merjenju. Poleg tega se je opravila raziskava trga avtonomnih projektorjev DLP, ki so lahko del optičnega 3D merilnika. V nadaljevanju so razložene enoslikovne in večslikovne tehnike ploskovnega osvetljevanja, ki se uporabljajo pri merjenju. Z opravljenim eksperimentom se je ugotavljal vpliv periode slikovnega vzorca na natančnost meritve, s čimer se je optimiziral obstoječi merilnik. Na podlagi rezultatov eksperimenta se je opravila simulacija natančnosti obstoječega merilnika ob zamenjavi projektorja DLP. Na ta način se je razvrstilo digitalne projektorje, najdene med raziskavo trga.

Title:Characterization of Digital Light Projectors for use in three-dimensional Measurement Systems
Abstract:
The work studies 3D measurement with digital projector based on structured illumination, the development of which enabled the discovery of DLP technology. The Master thesis presents performance and usability of DLP technology in optical 3D measurement. In addition, a market research of autonomous DLP projectors has been carried out, which can be part of 3D optical measuring system. Then, a single shot and multi-shots structured-light surface 3D imaging techniques used in 3D measurements are explained. With the experiment was determined the influence of the structured light pattern period on measurement accuracy in order to optimize the existing measurement system. Based on experiment results, the simulation of measuring accuracy was performed for existing measurement system by changing DLP projector. In this way, the digital projectors which were found during market research, are classified.
