Problematika propadanja kipa z zunanjščine slovenskega narodnega gledališča v Mariboru

Pričujoča diplomska naloga z naslovom Problematika propadanja kipa z zunanjščine slovenskega narodnega gledališča v Mariboru opisuje dokumentiranje, analiziranje in konservatorsko-restavratorske postopke, ki sem jih skupaj z delovno mentorico skrbno premislila in z njimi prišla do faze očiščenega kipa. Pri pisanju diplomske naloge sem povezala teoretični in praktični del, ki sem ga izvedla na ZVKDS RC v Ljubljani, na Oddelku za kamen in štukaturo. Največji poudarek sem posvetila vidikom in vzrokom propadanja kamnine. Analizirala sem nečistoče, preostanke preteklih in tudi nekaterih neustreznih posegov ter poškodbe, ki so se nahajale na kamnitem kipu. Ob spoznavanju vzrokov za propadanje kamnitega kipa sem se na koncu osredotočila še na problematiko vzdrževanja in zaščite.

• Title: Degradation problem of facade statue on Slovene national theatre Maribor

Abstract

The present thesis titled The issues of the statue deterioration on the exterior of Maribor Slovene National Theatre represents the documentation and analysis with conservation and restoration procedures. Together with my working mentor, I carefully considered these procedures and came to the stage of cleaned statue. When writing the thesis, I connected theoretical and practical part I conducted at the ZVKDS RC in Ljubljana at the department of stone and stucco. The main issues I focused on were the aspects and the causes of deterioration of the rocks. I analyzed the dirt, the remnants of the inappropriate interventions made in the past and the injuries that were located on the stone statue. In the end of my thesis I focused on the issues of maintenance and protection.
