Thesis is about a prototype of information system for archiving invoices in digital form. Prototype of information system enables users adding classic paper invoices and invoices created inside this information system. It offers users notifications before expiration of guarantee on individual invoice or individual product if date of guarantee is entered. Prototype of information system consists out of two major parts: web and mobile application. Web application was developed with Microsoft’s technology ASP.NET and together with database they run on Microsoft Azure platform. Mobile application was developed for operating system Android. Platforms Microsoft Azure and Android which enable running this information system are presented in this thesis. Development environments Microsoft Visual Studio and Android Studio are also presented here. Problem which led to development of this information system is explained. User requirements of the system and data model are presented. A chapter about this prototype information system’s architecture and in between communication of individual elements follows. System’s operation with practical examples of usage is presented next. Finally, ideas for possible future development are written.
