Analiza energetske učinkovitosti industrijskega hladilnega sistema

Abstract
V okviru magistrske naloge smo ovrednotili učinkovitost hladilnih naprav v podjetju Gorenje d.d., v obratu kuhalnih aparatov. Opisali smo teoretično ozadje parnega hladilnega procesa, opisali hladilne naprave z vgrajeno sekcijo prostega hlajenja, ter hladilne naprave s sistemom izkoriščanja odvečne kondenzacijske toplote. Na podlagi rezultatov meritev obstoječega stanja hladilnih naprav v podjetju smo analizirali možnosti učinkovite rabe energije. Analizirali smo tri možne zamenjave obstoječih hladilnikov. Prva možnost je principielno enaka obstoječemu sistemu, le da je bolj učinkovita. Druga možnost izkorišča prosto hlajenje, tretja možnost pa izkorišča odvečno kondenzacijsko toploto. Dodatno vgrajeni sistemi zvišujejo faktor učinkovitost. Izkazalo se je, da največ prihrankov električne energije dosežemo z zamenjavo hladilne naprave, ki ima vgrajeno sekcijo prostega hlajenja, največji skupni energijski prihranki pa so doseženi pri zamenjavi s hladilno napravo z izkoriščanjem odvečne kondenzacijske toplote. V nadaljevanju smo navedene sisteme zamenjave še ekonomsko ovrednotili. Ekonomsko gledano je najbolj ugodna izbira zamenjave s hladilno napravo, ki ima vgrajeno sekcijo prostega hlajenja, medtem ko je zamenjava s klasično hladilno napravo najmanj ugodna izbira.

Title:Energy efficiency analysis of industrial cooling system
Abstract:
Within the master's thesis we evaluated the efficiency of chillers in the company Gorenje d.d, in the plant cooking appliances. We described the theoretical background of the vapor cooling process, description of chillers integrated free cooling section and chiller with the use of heat recovery. Based on the results of measurements of the existing state of the chillers in the company, we analyzed the possibilities of efficient energy use. We analyzed three possible replacements for existing chillers. The first option is in principle the same, but more effective. The other option exploits free cooling, while the third option exploits heat recovery of condensing heat. The additional integrated systems increase the efficiency factor. Hereinafter, we mentioned the possible replacement systems economically. It turned out that most electrical savings are achieved by replacement of a chiller with an integrated free cooling section and most of the total energy savings are provided with replacement by chiller with heat recovery. Then these replacement systems were further economically evaluated. From the economic point of view, the most convenient choice is the replacement of a chiller with integrated free cooling section, while replacement with a conventional chiller is the least favorable choice.
