Abstract
Delovni napravi smo dodali ustrezno elektronsko in pnevmatsko krmilje in ga umestili v delovni sistem.

Title:Work system for surface texture structuring on cable insulation envelopes
Abstract:
The thesis describes the development of a work system for a surface structuring process. We have carried out an overview of the structured surfaces, the structuring technologies and we have analysed the surface structuring technology at the workplace laboratory. Based on the requirements and specifications of the customer, we have designed a semi-automatic work system. Since quite a considerable amount of work at the workstation is done by the operator, the ergonomic principles have also been analyzed and taken into account when designing the machine. During the development of the device we took the recommendations of Metodika konstruiranja [1] into account, we built a functional structure and morphological matrix together with several concepts. On the basis of the criteria, we selected the most appropriate concept and built it into a software called Creo Parametric. After having added appropriate electronic and pneumatic control to the workstation, it became part of the work system. As an option to upgrade the system, we have provided an appropriate solution - a dosing machine that replaces the work of the operator. Namely, the dosing machine would automatically insert the cables into the existing workstation, which has so far been the most extensive task of the operator of the machine.
