Abstract
V rezultatih smo uporabili in obdelali anketni vprašalnik.

Title:Appearances of mobbing and conflicts in a dentist's laboratory : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: Mobbing, conflicts, communication and in connection with all these the quality of interpersonal relationships are the questions, which are set in every working group. Interpersonal relationships are very important because we meet with them in every period in life. Mobbing or psychological violence happens between an individual or a group of people over the tortured or victim generally for a longer period of time. Conflicts mark misunderstandings between two or more individuals with different opinions and goals. Purpose: The purpose and goal of the diploma thesis has been to research mobbing and conflicts in the occupational group of dental technicians, lab dental prosthetics, and to find out the recognition, appearance, mastery and possible solving of both in public and private sector. We wanted to find out about the influence to interpersonal relationships among co-workers, quality of work, and relationships to other occupational groups. The findings of our research has bene presented in the final part of the diploma thesis. In the introduction, we originate from the existing written expert literature and the sources online. We have used and processed a questionnaire with the data we got with the research. Methods of work: We have done a questionnaire in public institutions as well as private offices in Logatec, Postojna, Cerknica, Vrhnika, Horjul, Idrija, Žiri (dental labs of the municipalities in the central Slovenian region. We have done a research based on 12 questionnaires (half of 24 sent or handed), which were anonymous and voluntary. We executed the research from November 2017 to March 2018. Results: Frequently, we cannot avoid conflicts. However, they can also have positive effect, such as more opinions, better work, more innovative ideas; consequentially, they also enable possibilities for individual and group personal growth. Mobbing is usually notices so early that the consequences for individual's health are not reported, therefore, there are no found consequences for the organization, work group, and wider social environment. Most of the time, the superior is the one who executes it. Discussion and conclusion: Successful teams in dental care can be the key to good interpersonal relationships among the co-workers. It is essential that the individuals recognise possible mobbing activities, conflicts, positive communication among them, and prevent further negative development of the events or unpleasant situations. It is positive to find out that conflicts can be an opportunity for better work, better relationships, and consequentially better organizational climate. It would be reasonable to introduce yearly interviews with the employees.
