Analiza zastojev na montažni liniji za izdelavo varovalk

V okviru diplomske naloge je bila narejena analiza montažnih zastojev na montažni liniji za izdelavo NV/NH varovalk. Podrobno so predstavljene varovalke, ki jih v podjetju izdelujejo na montažni liniji, izdelana je struktura izdelka za posamezne varovalke ter struktura montažnih, strežnih in kontrolnih operacij. V drugem delu diplomske naloge je narejena in predstavljena analiza montažnega sistema. S pomočjo analize zastojev so prikazana kritična mesta v celotnem procesu montaže varovalk, na katerih se pojavlja največ zastojev. V nadaljevanju pa so izdelani in predstavljeni predlogi za zmanjšanje zastojev.

• Title: Analysis of congestion on the assembly line for production of fuses

Abstract

In the thesis was made analysis of assembly congestions on the assembly line for the production of NV / NH fuses. In detail are presented fuses, which are made on the assembly line in the company. The structure of the product for individual fuses and the structure of assembly, servicing and control operations is constructed. In the second part of the thesis, the assembly system is analyzed and presented. With congestion analysis, critical locations are displayed throughout the whole fuse assembly process, where most congestion occurs. Subsequently, proposals for reducing of congestions are elaborated and presented.
