Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem opisal nadgradnjo naprave za magnetenje trajnih magnetov. Poleg magnetenja naprava sedaj omogoča tudi izvedbo delnega razmagnetenja, s čimer ocenjujemo vpliv zunanjega magnetnega polja na trajne magnete. Pri nadgradnji sem uporabil obstoječi SIEMENS-ov programirljivi krmilnik S7 1214 DC/DC/DC. Obstoječi napravi smo dodali podajalnik, s katerim izvajamo pomik trajnih magnetov. Pomik se izvaja s krmiljenim koračnim motorjem Ezi - Servo, merjenje trenutnega hoda pa je izvedeno z infrardečim merilnikom razdalje Wenglor. Za uporabniški vmesnik je uporabljen SIEMENS-ov zaslon na dotik SIMATIC HMI KTP 400 Basic. Najprej je predstavljena izvedba krmilnega programa v programskem okolju TIA Portal, zatem pa so opisane posamezne zaslonske slike uporabniškega vmesnika. Po vgradnji vseh dodanih elementov sem preveril delovanje krmilnega programa. V nadaljevanju sem dopolnil električni načrt nadgrajene naprave s programom EPLAN.

Title:Upgrade of a permanent magnet magnetizing device
Abstract:
In my diploma, I described the upgrade of a device for magnetizing permanent magnets. In addition to magnetizing, the device now also allows partial demagnetization, which is used to evaluate the influence of the external magnetic field on permanent magnets. In the upgrade, I used the existing SIEMENS programmable logic controller S7 1214 DC/DC/DC. The movement of the magazine with permanent magnets is carried out with the Ezi - Servo stepper motor, and the measurement of the current position of the magazine is performed with the infrared distance sensor Wenglor. SIEMENS touch screen SIMATIC HMI KTP 400 Basic is used as the human machine interface. The implementation of the control program in the TIA Portal environment is presented first, then the use of the human machine interface is presented. After installing the components I checked the operation of the control program. Finally, I completed the electrical plan of an upgraded device with EPLAN program.
