Abstract
V diplomskem delu je obravnavana transportna naprava − motorni tirnični voziček, ki bo služil internemu transportu pločevine. Zasnovani transportni napravi smo numerično preračunali nosilno ogrodje, analitično pa določili premer gredi po kriterijih torzijskih in upogibnih obremenitev ter deformacij. Gnani zobnik smo preverili na bočno in korensko trdnost, izračunali obremenitve koles, izračunali Hertzov tlak med glavo tirnice in kolesom in vrednotili ležaje glede na statično nosilnost in imensko dobo trajanja. V diplomskem delu smo transportni napravi določili tudi ustrezno motorno gonilo. Izračunane vrednosti obremenitev ne presegajo dopustnih.

Title:Motorized rail trolley for internal transport
Abstract:
The thesis discusses a transport device — a motorized rail trolley which will be utilized for the internal transport of sheet metal. The frame of the designed device has been numerically calculated, the diameter of the shaft has been analytically determined according to the criteria of torsion and bending loading as well as the deformations. The gear root and side tension in the driven gear and the load borne by the wheels has been checked. The Hertz pressure between the rail head and the wheel have been calculated and the bearings have been assessed according to static safety and face lifetime. In the thesis an appropriate engine for the transport device has been determined as well. The computed values do not exceed the acceptable tolerance/permissible limits.
