Abstract
Uporabila sem kvalitativni raziskovalni pristop, neslučajnostni namenski vzorec. V raziskavi so sodelovali učenci četrtega razreda podružnične šole. Učenci so povezovali znanje različnih predmetov in dosegali učne cilje. Uspešno so pripravili in izvedli nastop Gregorjevo.

Title:Interdisciplinary linkage of musical art with Slovene folk tradition in the fourth class of primary school
Abstract:
The rich and valuable Slovene folk tradition can be found in the curriculum throughout Slovenian Primary School. In this master's thesis the main idea is cultural heritage i.e. Slovene folk tradition in the fourth grade of primary school. The theoretical part is focused on the terms: folk tradition, intersubject connection and project-based learning. Contents of the folk tradition in musical art are defined and connected to other school subjects using cross-curricular links which should more often be used in teaching. In the empirical part of this master's thesis the results of the project-based learning are described: this approach was used in the research which was carried out within a week entitled Slovene Folk Tradition. Activities were carried out in the classroom, in the gym, outdoors and along with people who preserve the tradition in our community. One particular theme was linked to different subjects and theory was related to practice. Each pupil wrote a summary of each day into a booklet which they made by themselves. The research that this master's thesis shows, pursued two goals: the first was to plan the mentioned project week in the fourth grade and the second goal was to plan, prepare and carry out a project about a Slovenian custom »Gregorjevo« at musical art classes, linking it with other subjects. Main objectives and linked subjects' objectives were defined in a lesson plan. Students of the fourth grade of an affiliate school participated in a qualitative research with a non-random purposive sample. By connecting their knowledge from different subjects they achieved the planned objectives, moreover they prepared and carry out a performance entitled Gregorjevo. This master's thesis' purpose is to contribute to raise the awarness of the Slovene folk tradition which can be achieved qualitatively through intersubject connection project work.
