Screen printing is a graphic technique where we print through permeable materials. In my graduation thesis, I presented how to print graphic technique screen printing in elementary school. It contains adjustments and instructions adapted for work in elementary school.
In the theoretical part of the thesis, I present graphics and where the screen printing is placed in the graphics world. I also present the historical development that leads to the technique as we know it today. I present some Slovenian authors working in the technique. I describe the process of printing as it is done today.
In the research work, I present screen printing adjustments that enable printing in the elementary school. I describe individual adjustments, their results and my thinking about them. I present the different ways and materials that enable us to implement the technique in the school environment. I describe various ways of straining the sieve, rendering the motif and printing with the help of everyday materials.
