Abstract
Tekmovanje Čmrlj iz fizike poteka v prvem letniku srednje šole na ravni šolskih tekmovanj in obsega dvajset nalog, ki pokrivajo različne fizikalne vsebine, ki so omejene na učni načrt za osnovno šolo. V diplomskem delu je narejena analiza uspešnosti rezultatov tekmovanja Čmrlj v šolskem letu 2016/2017 s poudarkom na nalogah s področja elektrike, analogno analizi pri Nacionalnih preverjanji znanja (NPZ). Glavni cilji so ugotoviti, katere naloge delajo dijakom največ težav in katere teme so zahtevnejše, globalna primerjava tekmovanja Čmrlj z NPZ iz fizike ter podrobna analiza reševanja nalog s področja elektrike. Ugotovili smo, da so naloge na tekmovanju Čmrlj zahtevnejše od nalog v preizkusih NPZ iz fizike in da so posledično povprečni dosežki dijakov na tekmovanju Čmrlj nižji od povprečnih dosežkov učencev na preizkusih NPZ iz fizike.

Title:Analysis of the Čmrlj competition problems in electricity for school year 2016/2017
Abstract:
The “Čmrlj” competition in physics is held in the first grade of the secondary school on school level and consists of twenty problems related to different topics in physics but the content is limited to primary school curriculum. In the diploma the results of the “Čmrlj” competition in school year 2016/2017 are analyzed in a similar way the analysis of National assessment of knowledge (NPZ) results. The problems in electricity are studied in more detail. The main objectives of the diploma are to find out which problems are the most difficult for students and which topics are troublesome, to make a general comparison of the “Čmrlj” competition with National assessment of knowledge of physics and to describe in detail the results of the problems in electricity. We conclude that the problems at the “Čmrlj” competition are more difficult than those in the national tests in physics. Thus, the achievements at the “Čmrlj” competition are lower than the results on National assessment of knowledge.
