Abstract
Zanimale so me razlike in podobnosti v organizaciji dnevne in prednosti ter slabosti le-teh. Z analizo in primerjanjem odgovorov v sklepnem delu objektivno zapišem opažanja, katerim dodam svoja subjektivna mnenja in povežem s teorijo.

Title:Comparison of daily routine in Slovenian and Finnish international kindergarten
Abstract:
My thesis focuses on comparing the organisation of daily routine in Slovenian and Finnish international kindergarten. I was interested in the structures of the daily routine, comparing similarities and differences and advantages and disadvantages of each organisation of the daily routine. In the theoretical part, I defined the term pre-school education, presented pre-school education in Slovenia and Finland and described the system of state, private and international kindergartens. I have described both kindergartens and compared them in the empirical part. I presented the concept of daily routine, its structures and the hidden curriculum, and at the end described the daily routine in both kindergartens. I conducted half-structured interviews with educators of both kindergartens. With this research data, I compiled the parts of the daily routines. For the conclusion, I objectively wrote down the observation by analyzing and comparing the answers, to which I added my subjective opinions and connected it with the theory. The analysis has shown that the daily routine does not differ that much. They differ mostly in the flexibility, in the use of incentives and reprimands and in the amount and the way children spent outdoors.
