Abstract
Uvod: Monolitni mostički in prevleke iz različnih zlitin se trenutno dokaj redko uporabljajo, saj je v ospredju lep videz, česar pa ti ne nudijo. Pospešeno pa se razvijajo nove tehnologije in materiali, med katere spada tudi cirkonijev dioksid, ki ima ugodne kemijske, mehanske in estetske lastnosti, saj je bel in trden. Namen: V diplomskem delu smo želeli pojasniti skupine keramik in predstaviti skupino, v katero spada cirkonijeva oksidna keramika, ki se lahko uporablja za monolitne restavracije. Prikazati smo želeli izdelavo monolitnega mostička iz cirkonijeve oksidne keramike, tehnologije CAD/CAM in slikovno dokumentacijo izvedbe dela. Metode dela: V teoretičnem delu smo se opirali predvsem na domačo in tujo literaturo z metodo analize in primerjave. Literaturo smo iskali v knjižnicah ter na spletnih straneh, kot so Google Učenjak, Cobiss in Medline, ki vsebujejo tako domače kot tudi tuje strokovne članke in prispevke. Pri iskanju smo uporabili časovni okvir in sicer od leta 2003 do 2018. Literaturo smo iskali v angleškem jeziku s ključnimi besedami zirconium dioxide AND bridge, monolithic restoration AND dental materials, ceramic material. Pri rezultatih pa je prikazana praktična izvedba v zobnem laboratoriju in slikovna dokumentacija izvedbe dela. Rezultati: Naš primer obsega individualno oblikovan monolitni mostiček, ogrodje za mostiček in dve monolitni posamični prevleki. Vse konstrukcije so izdelane iz cirkonijeve oksidne keramike, vendar je vsaka druge vrste (HT, za ogrodja in Smile). V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek izdelave treh različnih del, dodano pa je lastno slikovno gradivo. Razprava in zaključek: Izdelava individualno oblikovanega mostička iz cirkonijeve oksidne keramike s tehnologijo CAD/CAM ima veliko prednosti. Za izvedbo je potreben optični bralnik za digitalni zajem podatkov. Na zmogljivem računalniku z ustrezno programsko opremo CAD se oblikuje zobni nadomestek, izbere material in lokacijo na cirkonijevem bloku, iz katerega bo rezkan. Rezkalna enota CAM sprejme elektronske podatke in jih pretvori v realni objekt. Za izvedbo tehnološkega dela so nujno potrebni ustrezno znanje, izkušnje, poznavanje programa in spretnost pri izvedbi. Za tehnologijo CAD/CAM so značilni visoka hitrost in nizki stroški izdelave glede na enoto proizvoda, pa tudi možnosti za napake se v primerjavi s klasično izvedbo zmanjšajo.

Title:Monolitic bridge of zircon dioxide ceramic : diploma work
Abstract:
Introduction: Monolithic bridges and crowns from different alloys aren't used as much nowadays because of their aesthetic presentation. New technologies are emerging, like zirconium dioxide, with useful chemical, mechanical and esthetical properties like it's strength and white color. Purpose: In this diploma work we want to present different groups of ceramics, including the group belonging to zirconium dioxide, that can be used for monolithic restoration. We want to present the creation of a monolithic bridge out of zirconium dioxide, the CAD/CAM technology with a graphical documentation of the work process. Methods: In the theoretical part we compared a wide range of literature on this topic. The literature was found in libraries and websites like Google Scholar, Cobiss, Medline, that contains Slovenian and foreign professional articles. We used time frame from year 2003 to 2018. We searched English articles with keywords zirconium dioxide AND bridge, monolithic restoration AND dental materials, ceramic material. In the practical part of this thesis we present a practical execution of the process in a dental laboratory and a graphical documentation of the work process. Results: Our case compromises of an individually designed monolithic bridge, a bridge frame and two monolithic solo crowns. All constructions are made out of zirconium dioxide (each with a different kind like HT for inner frames and Smile). We describe the procedure of each part in our thesis and contains own graphical documentation. Discussion and conclusion: Individual creation of a zirconium dioxide bridge with the CAD/CAM technology has a lot of advantages. We need a scanner to capture digital data. We design the dental framework on a powerful computer with the appropriate CAD software, pick the appropriate material and a location on the zirconium block. The CAM unit then transforms the digital data into the final physical product. Technical knowledge and experience are needed in order to successfully execute the process. The CAD/CAM technology is known for its high speed and low production costs and a small potential for error compared to the traditional method.
