Vpliv pripravka Regalis na rast in rodnost žlahtne vinske trte (Vitis vinifera L.) sorte 'Modra frankinja'

Sredstvo Regalis je fitofarmacevtsko sredstvo in se pogosto uporablja, kot regulator rasti na jablanah in le redko na trtah. Leta 2015 smo v vinogradu na Raki postavili poskus, v katerem smo proučevali, kako sredstvo Regalis vpliva na rastni potencial in kakovost grozdja žlahtne vinske trte (Vitis vinifera L.) sorte 'Modra Frankinja'. V poskus, ki je imel bločno zasnovo, smo vključili 60 trt, polovico smo jih pred in po cvetenju poškropili z Regalisom (12,5 g/10 l), ostalih 30 trt je bilo kontrolnih. Pri rastnem potencialu smo ugotovili, da je Regalis zmanjšal rast mladik v dolžino za 4,4 % in dolžino členkov za 4,1 %, število členkov za 2,7 %, zato je bila tudi masa lesa pri trtah ob zimski rezi manjša za 5,0 %. Pri kakovosti grozdja smo ugotovili, da je bila masa 100-tih jagod pri trtah, ki so bile poškropljene s pripravkom Regalis 223, 1 g, to je za 8,1 g manj kot pri kontroli. Nekoliko manjša vsebnost skupnih sladkorjev je bila prav tako izmerjena v grozdju s tretiranih trt, in sicer 17,1 °Brix, pri kontroli pa 17,3 °Brix. Vsebnost titracijskih kislin v grozdju je bila ob trgatvi, pri obeh obravnavanjih, enaka (6,90 g/l), medtem ko je bil pH v grozdju kontrole (3,92) višji kot pri Regalisu (3,71). Preliminarni poskus na sorti 'Modra frankinja' je pokazal, da Regalis zmanjša rast mladik v dolžino ter maso lesa, vendar bi bilo treba za natančnejšo proučitev odziva trte na omenjeno sredstvo izpeljati večletni poskus.

• Title: Impact of Regalis product on growth and yield of grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) ‘Blaufränkisch´ variety

Abstract

Regalis is a plant protection product and often used as growth regulator on apple trees, rarely on vines. In 2015 we set up a trial in vineyard in Raka to evaluate the impact of Regalis product on grapevine growth potential and quality of grapes of the ‘Blaufränkisch’ variety. The experiment included 60 plants, half of which were sprayed with Regalis before and after flowering while the other 30 were the control vines. It was observed that Regalis decreased shoot growth for 4.4 %, internode’s length for 4.1 %, number of internodes for 2.7 % resulting in a lower mass of pruned wood for 5.0 % during the winter. On the quality of the grapes, we found that the mass of 100 strawberries in vines, which were sprayed with Regalis 223.1 g, was 8.1 g lower than for control. Moreover, from the treated vines also a slightly lower total sugar content (17.1 °Brix) was measured, while the average content at the control vines was 17.3 °Brix. Titratable acidity was not influenced by Regalis reaching 6.9 g/l, while pH of the grape from the control group (3.92) was slightly higher than of the Regalis vines (3.71). The preliminary test on the ‘Blaufränkisch’ variety has shown that Regalis reduces the growth length of the shoots and declines the mass of pruned woods. However, the experiment should be carried out for few consecutive vintages to obtain more accurate data regarding the impact of Regalis on vine.
