Abstract
V diplomskem delu smo raziskali področje 3D računalniške grafike in orodja, ki jih pri tem uporabljamo. Spoznali smo postopek izdelave 3D pokrajine za video igre. Zanimalo nas je tudi, kako lahko izdelano pokrajino na zanimiv način predstavimo gledalcu. Modelirali smo 3D objekte in jim dodali teksture. Oblikovali smo 3D pokrajino, vanjo postavili objekte in dodali sisteme delcev. Objekte smo optimizirali za hitrejše delovanje. Nato smo posneli več kadrov pokrajine, ki smo jih preko zgodbe povezali v video. Zvok, ki spremlja video, smo posneli zvok v MIDI zapisu. Opisali smo tudi teoretično ozadje uporabljenih postopkov.

Title:Creation of a 3D landscape and its video presentation
Abstract:
In the thesis we have researched the field of 3D computer graphics and the software used in it. We explored the process of creating a 3D landscape for video games. We also focused on how the presentation of the created landscape in an engaging way. We modeled 3D objects and applied textures to them. We designed a 3D landscape and added objects to it as well as the particles systems. We have optimised the objects for better performance. Then we have recorded multiple clips and assembled them to make a video. We also recorded the sound, which accompanies the video, in MIDI format. Finally, we described the theoretical background of the whole process.
