Abstract
Zadovoljstvo zaposlenih je zelo pomembno v vsaki organizaciji, saj le tako organizacija lahko pričakuje uspešne in učinkovite rezultate. Prav tako je z vidika vsakega posameznika pomembno, da je zadovoljen pri svojem delu. To privede do večje produktivnosti zaposlenega, ohranja dobre medsebojne odnose itd., medtem ko nezadovoljstvo privede do slabše produktivnosti na delovnem mestu, slabšega doseganja rezultatov, konfliktov itd. Zato bi moralo biti zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pomemben dejavnik v vsaki organizaciji, v praksi pa še vedno obstaja nekaj organizacij, ki zadovoljstvu svojih zaposlenih ne pripisujejo velikega pomena. V empiričnem delu je kot instrument raziskovanja uporabljen anketni vprašalnik, s katerim smo merili zadovoljstvo zaposlenih ter dejavnike zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Z merjenjem smo ugotovili, kakšno je stanje zadovoljstva oz. nezadovoljstva zaposlenih v izbrani organizaciji. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da so zaposleni najbolj zadovoljni z dobrimi medsebojnimi odnosi s sodelavci, nezadovoljstvo pa so izrazili pri nagrajevanju v organizaciji. Na splošno je bilo ugotovljeno, da so zaposleni v izbrani organizaciji zadovoljni pri svojem delu. Na podlagi slabše ocenjenih rezultatov raziskave smo predlagali predloge za organizacijo, ki bi pripomogli k večjemu zadovoljstvu zaposlenih.

Title:ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION IN A SELECTED ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
Employee satisfaction is very important in any organization expecting successfull and efficient results. Likewise, it is important for the individual to feel good at his workplace, as this leads to higher overall productivity and maintains employee relationships, while dissatisfaction inevitably leads to lower performance, losses in productivity, and can cause conflicts. That is why employee satisfaction should play an important factor in any organization. In practice though, there are unfortunately still many organizations that do not attribute proper meaning to it. In the empirical part, the survey is used as a research instrument, to measure employee satisfaction and it's factors. This allowed me to gather data on satisfaction/dissatisfaction states in the selected organization. Satisfaction was largerly shown in improved inter - personal relationships among employees. Most employees noted they strongly agree with the assertion of being independant in their duties. However, employees expressed dissatisfaction towards 'extra rewarding' in the organization. It was established the employees in the selected organization were generally satisfied in their workplace. Suggestions to improve employee satisfaction were made to the selected organization, based on some non-positive results of the survey.
