In this paper, the construction of a measuring system for measuring the physiological response of the human body to pure tones at very low frequencies is presented. The goal of the task is to give healthy volunteers a tone in the infrasound frequency range and at the edge of the hearing threshold to one ear and to both ears, and to perform measurements of physiological parameters such as conductivity of the skin and heart rate while listening. For audio playback, a PC with a LabView software is used, which generates a signal that is played through the sound card and the subwoofer into headset of person in a anechoic chamber. Polyethylene tubes are used to transfer sound from the control room to the anechoic chamber. To measure physiological parameters, the Biopac module is used.
