In thesis I have presented geomorphological analysis of dolines in GIS environment in the NE part of Matarsko podolje. Presented are previous research of this area, use of definitions of the term »vrtača« in Slovene literature and use of the terms »doline« and »sinkhole« in foreign literature and parameters which influence of litology and tectonic on shape, volume, circularity and density of dolines. The results are presented in maps and graphs. I also presented the difference between areas with different litology. It has been determined that some parameters of dolines depend on litology. I could not relate parameters with tectonic because of the lack of detailed information about faults.
