Interno komuniciranje v času sprememb: primer izbranega slovenskega podjetja

Abstract
Interna komunikacija v organizaciji je v času sprememb ključnega pomena za uspešno in učinkovito poslovanje. V svojem magistrskem delu sem zato pojme organizacije, družbene strukture organizacij, organizacijskega in internega komuniciranja ter organizacijskih sprememb preučevala s pomočjo študijskega primera na izbranem podjetju X. Izbrano slovensko podjetje je eno najuspešnejših podjetij na področju izdelave motornih in avtomobilskih delov na svetu. To je v zadnjih letih doživelo več sprememb, nazadnje selitev dela podjetja, kar je močno vplivalo na zaposlene, za katere je bila pripravljena Strategija internega komuniciranja. Poleg tega se je v zadnjih petih letih v izbranem podjetju X število zaposlenih kar podvojilo, kar prav tako vpliva na vsa področja upravljanja in komuniciranja v organizaciji. Skozi analizo študije primera skušam ugotoviti, ali je bilo interno komuniciranje v času večjih sprememb v izbranem podjetju X uspešno, v kolikšni meri je prispevalo k uspešni realizaciji selitve in ali so zaposleni zadovoljni s trenutno interno komunikacijo. Na podlagi zbranega internega gradiva, intervjujev z vodstvom izbranega podjetja X ter analiz vprašalnikov o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih z interno komunikacijo v izbranem podjetju X v različnih obdobjih na koncu podam še nekaj predlogov za izboljšanje interne komunikacije v izbranem podjetju X.

Title:Internal communication in the times of changes: the case of selected Slovenian company
Abstract:
Internal communication in organization is a key point for a successful and efficient business in the times of changes. In my master thesis I studied the concepts of organization, social structure of organization, organizational communication, internal communication and organizational changes on the case study of selected company. The selected company is one of the most successful and recognizable companies in the field of manufacturing motor and automotive parts. The company went through some major changes in the last few years, including moving part of the company, which had a strong impact on employees and the internal communication strategy was necessary. Through my case study I am trying to identify if the internal communication in the selected company in times of major changes was successful and if this internal communication contributes to successful realization of moving. At the end I give some proposals for improvement of internal communication in selected company, based on collected internal documents, interviews with the management of the selected company and analysis of questionnaires on employee satisfaction with internal communications in the selected company.
