The final work deals with the design, calculation and production of a guillotine for cutting the meat or roasted pig. After the idea was developed, the calculation of forces and mathematical moments followed. Next came thought process how to realize the idea in the actual product. We succeeded in finding a way, so we started to draw the workshop drawings and make programs in CAD-CAM software. After all the work we produced a finished product made of strainless steel. Guillotine was also tested and she fulfilled all our demands. The result of our work is a well sophisticated mechanism, for cutting meat, which assures safety and much faster and more efficent work than a conventional way with an axe, knife and things alike.
