Abstract
Da lahko rečemo, da je proizvodnja vitka, jo je potrebno organizirati ter preurediti s pomočjo orodij vitkosti, katera smo v nadaljevanju predstavili in opisali njihovo praktično uporabo. Da bi videli učinek vsakega orodja posebej, smo si zamislili ter izvedli simulacijo proizvodnje, kjer smo postavili začetni proces ter postopoma dodajali po eno orodje vitkosti. Definirali smo parametre, ki smo jih sproti spremljali ter tako dobili podatek o skupni učinkovitosti našega procesa. Primerjava kvocientov skupne učinkovitosti proizvodnje nam je pokazala, da nam vsako od orodij izboljša po en ali več prej definiranih parametrov. Prav tako smo razpoznali katera orodja so bolj in katera manj efektivna pri izboljševanju vitkosti procesa, vendar nam je najboljši rezultat podalo izvajanje vseh izbranih orodij hkrati. S tem smo čas, ko izdelku ne dodajamo vrednost, minimalizirali, saj le-ta predstavlja izgube v procesu.

Title:Effect of individual lean tools on the overall production efficiency
Abstract:
To state that production is lean, it needs to be rearranged with the help of lean tools, which we have presented below and described their practical use. The effect of each tool separately, was demonstrated using a simulation of a manufacturing system, where we set up the initial process and gradually added one by one of lean tools. To get the information about the overall efficiency of our process, we defined the parameters and tracked them throughout the whole test. Comparison of all overall production efficiencies has shown us, that each lean tool improves one or more of the previously defined parameters. We were also able to see which tool had the biggest impact on improving leanness of our system, but the best result has been achieved by imeplementing all of the selected tools at once. With that, we were able to minimize the time, where we don't add any value to our product, because it represents losses in our process.
