Abstract
Tema mojega diplomskega dela so vrtenje, cikli in ponavljanje. Izhajala sem iz obdobij orfisma, fauvizma, ekspresionizma in sodobne umetnosti, ki so me navdihnila. Zgledovala sem se po slikarjih in slikarkah, ki so bili v vlogi referenc oz. izhodišč: Beatriz Milhazes, Robert Delaunay, Sonia Delaunay, Yayoi Kusama, Jasper Johns, Gustav Klimt, Henri Matisse, Georg Baselitz in drugi.

Title:Rotation, cycles, repetition
Abstract:
The topic of my BA thesis is rotation, cycles and repetition. In the theoretical part, I focused on repetition in the art field and on women, especially as I portray them in my work as beings defined by cycles. Rotation in art is not as common as repetition. In the practical part of my thesis, I presented my own work process and technique. Three paintings of a women's motive in motion were created. A female act performs an acrobatic exercise of a rotating wheel. Each painting represents a stage of a gymnastic cart wheel. My thesis relies on periods of orphism, favism, expressionism and contemporary art. I followed the painters: Beatriz Milhazes, Robert Delaunay, Sonia Delaunay, Yayoi Kusama, Jasper Johns, Gustav Klimt, Henry Matisse, George Baselitz and others.
