Primerjava telesnih drž pri tradicionalni in mehanizirani pripravi drv z opazovalno metodo OWAS.

Z razvojem novih tehnologij je potrebno poleg povečanja produktivnosti povečati tudi stopnjo varnosti in zdravja pri delu. Ergonomsko neprimerno oblikovano delo lahko poleg nezgod vodi tudi v poškodbe kostno-mišičnega sistema kot posledice neprimernih telesnih drž. Na podlagi video posnetkov in že izdelane časovne študije je bila izvedena analiza telesnih drž z opazovalno metodo OWAS (Ovako Working Posture Analysis System) pri tradicionalni in mehanizirani pripravi drv. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da je v primerjavi z mehaniziranim načinom proizvodnje drv škodljivih drž pri tradicionalnem načinu proizvodnje drv manjši, in sicer za 0, 47 % v primeru, ko delavec opravlja delo sam, ter za 18,04 %, ko mu pri delu pomaga pomočnik. Glede na rezultate je potreben nadaljnji razvoj novejših tehnologij z namenom zmanjšanja škodljivih drž pri delu

• Title: Comparison of body postures in traditional and mechanized preparation of logs using OWAS observational method.

Abstract

With the development of new technologies, it is necessary to increase the level of safety and health at work. In addition to accidents, ergonomically inappropriate work can also lead to damage to the musculoskeletal system as a result of inappropriate body postures. On the basis of video the analysis of body postures with the OWAS observing method in the traditional and mechanized mode of production of firewood was performed. The results of the research have shown that in comparison with mechanized mode of production of firewood harmful postures in the tradicional mode of production of firewood decreased by 0,47 % in the case when the worker performs the work itself and for 18,04 %, when assisted by co-worker. According to the results of the need for the further development of newer technologies with a view to the reduction of the adverse postures at work.
