Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je obravnavana dinamika neuravnoteženega togega rotorja. Namesto izvajanja preizkusov na dejanskem rotorju, analizo izvedemo s pomočjo numerične simulacije. V prvem delu naloge najprej določimo model rotorja, ki ga bomo obravnavali. Nato spoznavamo fizikalne lastnosti in proučujemo gibanje takšnega rotorja. Rezultat simulacije je časovni potek reakcij v podporah rotorja. Rezultate analiziramo in na njihovi osnovi predstavimo in izvedemo balansiranje rotorja. V drugem delu naloge analiziramo dinamiko rotorja na ležajnih mestih. Rotor obravnavamo kot sistem togega telesa vpetega v sistem vzmeti. Nato proučujemo gibanje sistema z dvema prostostnima stopnjama. Z numerično simulacijo določimo nihanje podpor rotorja ter na osnovi hitrosti vibracij na ležajnih mestih umestimo rotor v obratovalni razred po standardu ISO 10816-1:1995.

Title:Dynamic analysis of unbalanced rigid rotor
Abstract:
In this thesis, the dynamics of unbalanced rigid rotor is analysed. Instead of obtaining experimental data on real rotor, the analysis of rotor dynamics is performed with numerical simulation. First, mathematical model of a rotor is developed. Then the rotor dynamics and equations of motion are derived. The result of simulation are time dependent reaction forces in bearings. Based on reaction forces analysis, two plane balancing of a rotor is presented and performed. In the second stage the oscillation of two degree of freedom rotor model in supports is analysed. The result of the simulation are vibrations in rotor supports. Based on the oscillation speed in supports the rotor is categorized in the quality zone by standard ISO 10816-1:1995.
