In the diploma thesis we conducted a controlled classification of satellite images Sentinel-2, in the area of Kranj and its surroundings. In the classification we classified five classes, water, forest, urban surface, meadow and field. We used four images in a six months period, April, June, July and August. We conducted all classifications with the same samples for each month separately and for all combinations of two, three and four images. In the end we did analysis of the quality for all classifications by comparing them with given data from Collections of actual use of agricutural and forest areas.
