Abstract
V nalogi smo predstavili različne postopke varjenja MIG/MAG (kratkostično, pulzno, CMT). Pogledali smo si njihove načine delovanja ter predstavili prednosti, slabosti in področja uporabe posameznih postopkov. S tem smo odstranili eno tehnološko operacijo iz proizvodnje.

Title:Reduction of spatter in MIG/MAG welding
Abstract:
In the paper we presented various MIG/MAG welding procedures (short-circuit, pulsed, CMT). We took a closer look at their ways of working and presented advantages, disadvantages and the scope of individual procedures. Then, on the robotic welding cell, the experimental part of welding was done, where we compared short-circuit and pulsed welding process in regard to the quantity of spatter on the product. The aim of the experimental work was to reduce the amount of spatter on the product ASD-20-9-415. With the optimal parameters of pulsed welding, which we obtained from test welding at different parameter values, we managed to ensure the welding of the product without spatter. This eliminated one technological operation from production.
