Abstract
Zaradi zračnosti, ki je posledica izbrane tehnologije izdelave zobnika ali pa njegove obrabe, se v zobniški dvojici pri dinamičnem obratovanju pojavijo impulzne sile. S simulacijami smo želeli dokazati vpliv zračnosti na spremembo faktorja sunkov, pri čemer smo simulacijski impulz sile popisali s faktorjem sunkov in ga definirali kot razmerje med vrhnjo silo sunka in silo ustaljenega teka. V programu Siemens NX smo konstruirali 3D modele zobnika z ozobjem različnih tolerančnih razredov ter jih v formatu Parasolid uvozili v program MSC Adams, kjer smo preko simulacij pridobili faktorje sunkov pri različnih parametrih. Te smo primerjali med seboj ter s teoretično vrednostjo, ki je bila definirana kot zmnožek koeficienta dinamičnih obremenitev ter koeficienta obratovanja. Preko simulacij smo dokazali spreminjanje faktorja sunkov glede na stopnjo tolerančnega razreda, poleg tega pa smo ugotovili odstopanja med številčnimi vrednostmi simulacijskih in teoretičnih rezultatov. Kljub temu pa so se pojavile podobnosti med rezultati obeh metod v obliki in spreminjanju krivulj.

Title:Analysis of backlash influence in a gear pair on the impulse factor
Abstract:
When gears are operating dynamically impact forces appear because of the backlash in a gear pair, which can be the consequence of chosen type of gear manufacturing process or gear wear. With simulations we wanted to prove the influence of backlash on value of impact factor, which was defined as a ratio between the peak force measured in impact and force of stabilized run of gears. We used program Siemens NX to design 3D model of gear with different tolerance classes of tooth thickness and imported them in Parasolid format in MSC Adams, program for dynamical simulations. Through simulations we collected the values of impact factor at different parameters of simulations. We compare the results between themselves and with a theoretical value, which was defined as product of coefficient of dynamical stress and coefficient of gear run. Through simulations we proved changing of impulse factor in relation to the gear tolerance class, furthermore we realised the deviation of numerical value between results of simulations and theoretical calculation. Nevertheless, there were similarities between results of both methods in a shape and changing of curves at different parameters.
