Borut Pahor is definitely one of the most successful Slovenian politicians. He has been a Member of Parliament, Speaker of the National Assembly, Member of the European Parliament, Prime Minister and now he is President of the Republic of Slovenia. At the beginning of his political career he had a clear vision and goals, which he achieved. People love him and hate him, especially because he has always known how to choose unconventional methods to impress the public, whether it would be a slip at high school parade, an unusual friendship with the Prime Minister of Croatia, an extravagant Instagram profile or a totally different political campaign. In the thesis we confirmed, that Borut Pahor is a charismatic leader and that he ''sailed among the obstacles along the way successfully'' in order to achieve his own goals.
