Abstract
V diplomski nalogi sem želela ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri motivacija in nagrajevanje v podjetju vplivata na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in s tem posledično na delovno uspešnost podjetja. Zadovoljni zaposleni tvorijo dobre rezultate in s tem pripomorejo k uspešnosti podjetja, zato je pomembno, da vodstvo svoje zaposlene uspešno motivira za opravljanje svojega dela. Zaposlene se najbolj motivira z ustreznim sistemom nagrajevanja. Vodstvo podjetja, ki želi imeti uspešno podjetje, mora vključiti in upoštevati svoje zaposlene pri oblikovanju sistema nagrajevanja, ki pa mora biti oblikovano izključno za določeno podjetje, saj je vsako podjetje edinstveno. V diplomskem delu sem na podlagi teorije preučevala sistem nagrajevanja, ki vpliva na uspešno motivacijo zaposlenih. Preučevala sem, kako zadovoljni zaposleni vplivajo na delovno uspešnost podjetja. Na podlagi teorije sem izdelala anketni vprašalnik, ki sem ga izvedla v podjetju X v ljubljanski regiji. Ugotovila sem, da je delovna uspešnost podjetja odvisna od zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju. Rezultati moje analize so pokazali, da primerno oblikovan sistem nagrajevanja ustrezno motivira zaposlene in tako vpliva na njihovo zadovoljstvo pri opravljanju dela, s tem pa povečuje delovno uspešnost celotnega podjetja.

Title:Impact of motivation and rewards on employee satisfaction and company performance - case study
Abstract:
In the thesis, I wanted to determine the extent, to which motivation and rewards in a company affect employee satisfaction and consequently the performance of the company itself. Satisfied employees produce good results and thus contribute to the success of the company; therefore, it is important that the management motivates employees successfully to do their job. Employees are motivated the most by an appropriate reward system. The management of a company, which wants to be successful, must integrate and take into account its employees when designing a reward system, which must be designed exclusively for a particular company, since each company is unique. In the thesis, I studied the rewarding system, which affects successful motivation of employees. I analysed, how satisfied employees affect the company’s performance. Based on theory, I prepared a survey, which I carried out in the company X, located in the Ljubljana region. I have found that the performance of the company depends on employee satisfaction. The results of my analysis have shown that a properly designed rewarding system motivates employees adequately and thus affects their work satisfaction, thereby increasing the overall performance of the entire company.
