Abstract
Diplomska naloga v prvem delu predstavlja pregled literature in strokovnih člankov na temo resonančnega sklopa navitij. Povzema dosedanje dogajanje na področju brezžičnega prenosa električne energije in navede nekaj teorije, s katero si lažje razlagamo delovanje predstavljenega principa ter kasnejših poskusov. V drugem delu so opisani poskusi, s katerimi sem želel preizkusiti delovanje resonančnega sklopa dveh navitij.

Title:Magnetically coupled resonant windings for wireless power transfer
Abstract:
The first part of the diploma gives an overview of the literature and scientific papers about the resonant inductive coupling. It summarizes the past developments in the field of wireless power transfer and gives the relevant theoretical background for a better understanding of the mentioned subject and the subsequent experiments. The second part of the diploma presents experiments performed with a self-made two-coil resonant circuit. Together with the company Epilog d.o.o. a project was launched to develop a complete system for wireless power transfer to enable electric vehicle charging with contactless technology. The experiments were performed with great care, by changing only one parameter in the system, while observing the change in the electrical quantities in the circuit. The circuit and windings were self-made with the help of some web resources. The results of the experiments provide an in-depth understanding of the subject and recognize the usefulness of the presented electric energy transfer. The main findings of the experiments carried out are: 1) the transmission efficiency decreases with the distance and the offset of the loops, 2) the precise adjustment of the system resonance frequency is crucial to achieve better transmission efficiency, and 3) metallic barriers weaken transmission between the transmitter and the receiver.
