Abstract

Title:Analysis of the competiton results of slovenian competitors on the trampoline in the years 2015–2017
Abstract:
In this thesis we studied the changes of the results of Slovenian competitors on the trampoline in the years 2015-2017. Our goal was to find out whether Slovenian competitors are progressing and what they are lacking in comparison to foreign competitors. The results of all international competitions that the subjects of the study attended were aquired from web sites, classified into a sensible chronological order and graphically displayed separately according to the parameters: time of flight, difficulty, performance, horizontal movement and final score. We found out that Slovenian competitors show progress from competition to competition. The progress is noticable with all of the variables, especially with the final scores of qualifications, which the competitors improved by more than ten points. Regardless of the progress we still see a backlog in comparison to foreign competitors. We can only compare the score of horizontal movement. When analyzing the results of foreign competitors, cyclization or escalation of sports form is evident. It goes up until the olympic games and then falls slightly, some competitors did not even compete after the olympic games. Slovenian competitors participate in significantly fewer international competitions in comparison to foreign competitors and those are usually of lower quality grade.
