Abstract
Predloženo delo predstavlja načrtovanje in izdelavo trifaznega razsmernika za nadzor motorja, ki služi za pogon pri električnem kolesu. V uvodnem delu je opisano začetno obdobje idej in študiranje teorije razsmernikov, ki se izpopolni na praktičnem primeru varilnega aparata v drugem poglavju. S pomočjo pridobljenega znanja smo si zastavili cilj o izdelavi zanesljivega, varnega in galvansko ločenega razsmernika manjše moči. V tretjem poglavju je opisana izdelava prototipnega vezja, ki zajema najbolj kritične dele razsmernika z namenom, da smo se izognili napakam pri načrtovanju končne verzije. Predstavljeno je načrtovanje sheme, ki obsega izbor pravega koncepta izvedbe, izbiro komponent, izračune in simulacijo delovanja. Prototipno vezje smo izdelali in preizkusili. Napake smo upoštevali pri izdelavi razsmernika, ki je opisan v četrtem poglavju. Postopek načrtovanja in izdelave smo še enkrat ponovili in izdelali končno verzijo tiskanega vezja. Podrobno je opisana izvedba meritev, kjer smo ugotavljali pravilnost delovanja. Pri celotnem procesu izdelave smo se srečali z manjšimi načrtovalskimi napakami, ki smo jih spotoma odpravili. V zadnjem delu je opisan postopek opravljanja meritev parametrov motorja, ki nastopajo v blokovni shemi razsmernika za vodenje motorja. Rezultat dela je izdelan in uspešno preizkušen razsmernik, ki smo ga uporabili za nadzor trifaznega sinhronskega motorja.

Title:DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A THREE-PHASE INVERTER FOR ELECTRIC BICYCLE SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR
Abstract:
Following work represents the design and implementation of a three-phase inverter for synchronous motor control, used to power an electric bicycle. Introduction describes the beginning of work consisting of collecting ideas and studying the theory of inverters, which is fulfilled with the practical case of welding machine in the second chapter. Based on obtained knowledge, we formed a goal to build a reliable, safe and galvanically separated low power inverter. The third part describes the making of prototype circuit consisting of all the most critical parts of inverter, which is crucial when trying to avoid the mistakes while making the final version. It introduces the scheme planning which involves choosing the right concept of production, the selection of components, calculations and simulation of activity. We built and tested the prototype circuit. Mistakes, discovered in the prototype circuit, were considered while making the final version of inverter, which is described in the fourth chapter. The procedure of planning and production which was repeated once more was followed by the making of the final version of printed circuit board and performance of a detailed measurement, which showed the correctness of functioning. We’ve come across some smaller designing mistakes during the production, but they were easily fixed. In the last part of this paper the procedure of measuring engine’s parameters performing in inverter’s block diagram for motor control is described. The final result of this work is a tested and good working inverter which was used to control the three-phase synchronous motor.
