In the graduation thesis I focused on the process of apple juice production at the Matic farm in Hotavlje. In the process itself, I noticed that there could be some changes that would improve the production process itself. For redesigning the process, I used the iGrafx Process software tool, where I formed a stable process and later redesigned it.
The renewed process significantly improves the quality and quantity of the juice production. The production time will be reduced and the work itself will be simplified.
The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, describing the definition of processes, modelling and simulation of the processes. In the practical part, I will build both processes with the above-mentioned program and present their simulations and results.
