Abstract
Diplomsko delo temelji na omogočanju triboloških testov drsnih lastnosti Vyncolita X655RB. Obravnava proces zasnove prototipnega orodja za brizganje drsnih obročev iz duroplasta, od simulacij brizganja do primerjave dejanskih rezultatov s simulacijskimi. Simulirali smo potek brizganja zastavljenih brizgancev ter glede na rezultate zasnovali in predelali obstoječe orodje. Pri tem smo odpravili nastale napake in izbrizgali drsne obroče, ki smo jih nato primerjali z rezultati simulacij in s podanimi zahtevami. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili ustreznost in zadovoljivo kakovost izdelkov, ki se bodo uporabili v nadaljnjih triboloških raziskavah omenjenega materiala.

Title:Injection moulding of duroplastic sliding rings for testing tribological properties
Abstract:
The diploma work is based on the enabling of tribological tests of the sliding properties of the material Vyncolit X655RB. It deals with the process of designing a prototype injection moulding tool for fabricating sliding rings from duroplast and it also comprises simulations as well as the comparison between actual and simulation results. We simulated the process of plastic injection moulding and, based on the results, we designed and made necessary adjustments to the existing tool. By doing so, we eliminated the generated faults and made sliding rings. We then compared them with the results of the simulations and given requirements. Based on the results, we established the relevance and satisfactory quality of the products, which will be used in further tribological research of the material.
