Abstract
V avtomobilski industriji, kjer se trendi nenehno spreminjajo, se veliko projektov sooča z zamudami, spremembami namembnosti, neuspehi, nekateri projekti pa so lahko celo ustavljeni. Ti problemi se lahko pojavijo tudi zaradi neučinkovitega obvladovanja projektnih tveganj. Prav tako avtomobilska industrija vstopa v novo dobo, usmerjeno v povečavo električnih in hibridnih vozil ter v razvoj avtonomne tehnologije. Novo okolje predstavlja možnost za pojavitev novih, nepoznanih tveganj, ki lahko ogrozijo uspešnost podjetij. Obvladovanje tveganj je zato eden izmed najpomembnejših procesov projektnega managementa, vendar njegove tehnike in orodja še niso razširjene in generalno uporabljene. V diplomski nalogi smo skušali obvladovanje tveganj približati podjetju, ki je razvojni dobavitelj produktov za avtomobilsko industrijo. Preverili smo trenutni model obvladovanja tveganj v podjetju in zaradi njegovih pomanjkljivosti predlagali Standardni model obvladovanja tveganj. Za potrebe predlaganega modela smo izboljšali trenutni proces obvladovanja tveganj in ga skupaj z modelom preizkusili na primeru izbranega projekta, ki vključuje razvoj produkta za avtomobilsko industrijo.

Title:Risk management in automotive industry
Abstract:
In the automotive industry, where trends are constantly changing, a lot of projects faces with delays, failures, changes of purpose and some of the projects are even cancelled. Those problems can also occur because of inefficient project risk management. Automotive industry is also entering in a new age oriented toward enlargement of electric cars, hybrid cars and autonomous technology. Risk management is therefore one of the most important processes in project management, but its techniques and tools are not yet widely spread and generally used. In this diploma thesis we are trying to bring risk management closer to company who is supplier for automotive industry. We have checked actual risk model in the company and because of its imperfections we proposed Standard risk model. For the needs of proposed model, we have improved current risk management process and tested it together with the model on the selected project, which includes product development for the automotive industry.
