In this diploma thesis, we will discuss project management which is becoming a very important process in the automotive industry. First, we will describe the theoretical basics of project management. Later, we well discuss an example of project management that we have implemented in our company. We will present the product of this project and how the project is planned and then describe the implementation of the project. At the end of the project, we will describe the completion of project. At the end of the diploma thesis we will evaluate the implementation of the project and present the proposals of how to upgrade the project management process in our company. Due to high requirements and standards in the automotive industry, project management has become a very important process in the development of the product.
