In this diploma thesis we designed a renovated corporate identity for Gorenje GAIO, Ltd. company, which has been in the field of manufacturing industrial equipment and its automation, since Gorenje, PLC company established it in 2010. The renovation was absolutely necessary, because we presented the arrival of a new managing director with a fresh new look.
Theoretical part contains the description of corporate identity, its formation and operation. We focused on the reference triangle, which shows the relationship between real identity, image and identity system of the organization. We described strategy – mission, vision and philosophy of the organization. We defined logotype and presented the guidelines of graphic design for a website and catalog. We also mentioned the rules for picking the right typography and the differences between colors on a computer screen and printed colors on a final product.
Experimental part contains a presentation of Gorenje GAIO, Ltd. company, its mission, vision and strategic goals. We sketched the basic idea based on the managing director’s wishes and current design trends, chose a color palette and typography. We renovated the logotype first and then included it in the website, catalog and business car stickers. We digitally designed everything in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator programs and website builder Wix.com. We added the final products to attachments.
