Abstract
Za merjenje tlaka v gnezdu brizgalnega orodja je mogoče uporabiti več načinov. V magistrski nalogi je predstavljeno posredno merjenje tlaka prek izmetalnega dela orodja. Uporabljeno je bilo merilno zaznavalo za merjenje sile z območjem merjenja od 0 do 35 kN. Preverjen je bil vpliv velikosti dolivnih kanalov in različnih brizgalnih mas na tlak v gnezdu brizgalnega orodja. Vrednosti so bile spremljane na treh gnezdih, tako da je bilo mogoče določiti vpliv poteka dolivnih kanalov na stopnjo zabrizganosti ter tlak v brizgalnem orodju. Opazovan je bil vpliv spreminjanja parametrov, tj. premerov dolivnih kanalov, brizgalne mase in nastavljenih tlakov brizganja na brizgalnem stroju, na dejanski tlak v brizgalnem orodju. Izdelana sta bila primerjava tlakov, doseženih v različnih razmerah brizganja, in vpliv postavitve gnezda brizgalnega orodja.

Title:Pressure measurement in a multi cavity tool for production of thermoset components
Abstract:
To measure the pressure inside the cavity of molding tool can be used several ways of measuring. In this master's thesis we presented indirect pressure measuring through the ejection part of the tool. A measuring sensor was used to measure the force with a measuring range from 0 to 35 kN. It was checked the influence of the runner size and different molding compound on pressure inside the cavity. Values were monitored on three cavities, so the influence of the runner direction on the injection degree and the maximum pressure reached inside the cavity could be determined. The parameters that were changed and observed for their effect on the actual pressure inside the cavity are the diameters of the runners, the molding compound and the set pressure parameters on molding machine. A comparison of the achieved pressures was made at various injection conditions and the influence of the cavity position.
