Abstract
Skrb za zdravje državljanov je naloga vsake države in njene politike; je pa tudi naloga in dolžnost vsakega posameznika. Vse bolj pomembna na tem področju postaja promocija zdravja, ki vključuje sistematične ciljane aktivnosti in ukrepe, ki jih delodajalec izvaja z namenom ohranjanja in krepitve telesnega in duševnega zdravja delavcev. Področja vplivanja pa so predvsem: oblikovanje podpornih okolij, izobraževanje in usposabljanje ljudi, delo v lokalnem okolju in preusmerjanje težišča dejavnosti zdravstvenega varstva z zdravljenja na preventivo. Predvsem pa je glavno področje oblikovanje zdrave javne politike. Gre za politične odločitve oziroma uradna pravila obnašanja, ki so zavezujoča na teritoriju, ki ga upravlja in nadzoruje pristojna državna avtoriteta. Zdravstveno javno politiko oblikujejo predvsem državni igralci, v njeno oblikovanje in izvajanje pa se vključujejo tudi nedržavni igralci. Glede na kompleksnost zdravstvene javne politike so nedržavni igralci vsi vpleteni, na prvem mestu posameznik, ki mu sledi njegova družina. Ker posameznik preživi večino svojega prostega časa na delovnem mestu, je naslednja kategorija njegov delodajalec, ki si skupaj z delavci prizadeva za izboljšanje zdravja in dobrega počutja na delovnem mestu, za nadzor nad potekom ukrepov za izboljšanje zdravja delavcev ter merjenje učinkovitosti. Vrednotenje programov izvajanja promocije zdravja na delovnem mestu v Zavarovalnici Sava bo pokazalo delodajalcem, na kakšni poti so glede varovanja zdravja svojih zaposlenih.

Title:The evaluation of work health promotion program: the case of Zavarovalnica Sava
Abstract:
Care for citizens health is a priority of every country and its policy; but is is also a priority of every citizen. Work health promotion has its increasing significance. It defines workplace health promotion as the combined efforts of employers, employees and society to improve the health and well-being of people at work. Most influenced areas are: shaping of supporting backgrounds, educating and training of people, work in local enviroment and focusing health protection from treating to prevention. The main area is shaping a healthy public policy. It requires political decisions or in other words official state regulations which are teritory bounding by state authority. Health public policy is conducted mostly by state players but in its´ shaping and performing are also included non-state players. Due to its complexity all non-state players are involved, from individual, his or her family. Next category is an employer. Both employers and employees are keen to improving health of workers and measuring efficiency. The evalution of work health promotion programs in Zavarovalnica Sava will show and give informations about health of its employees.
