ANALIZA USKLAJEVANJA POKLICNEGA IN DRUŽINSKEGA ŽIVLJENJA V IZBRANI ORGANIZACIJI

Abstract
Predmet diplomskega dela je UPDŽ (usklajevanje poklicnega in družinskega življenja). Z usklajevanjem zasebnega in poklicnega življenja se lahko uveljavljajo enake možnosti spolov v družbi ter na trgu dela, pri usklajevanju pa imajo pomembno tako organizacije in zaposleni kot tudi država. Namen diplomskega dela je bil proučiti področje usklajevanja poklicnega in družinskega življenja, pomen očetovstva in materinstva oziroma starševstva ter usklajevanje poklicnega in družinskega življenja. Pri tem je bil izziv ugotoviti, kakšno je stanje na temo obravnavane problematike v izbrani organizaciji ter kako so zaposleni v tej organizaciji zadovoljni z zasebnim oziroma družinskim življenjem. Raziskava je bila z metodo anketiranja izvedena v organizaciji Palma-pur. Rezultati izvedene raziskave so pokazali, da se v obravnavani organizaciji skrb za otroka največkrat razdeli enakovredno med oba partnerja, vendar so zaposlene ženske tiste, ki večkrat koristijo osebni dopust za namene nege in skrbi za otroka. Raziskava je pokazala tudi, da zaposleni starši menijo, da organizacija oziroma delodajalec ne razume najbolj težav pri usklajevanju poklicnega in družinskega življenja ter da zaposleni starši niso vedno zadovoljni z organizacijo urnikov. Uporabnost izvedene raziskave je, da ima obravnavana organizacija možnost vpogleda v kritične točke na področju kadra, natančneje zaposlenih staršev, in lahko izvaja spremembe na problematičnem področju tako, da spremeni ali preuredi procese organizacije dela in urnikov. Nadalje lahko uredi področje usklajevanja poklicnega dela z družinskim, pri čemer je eno izmed pomembnih orodij, ki ga imajo organizacije na voljo, vsekakor certifikat Družini prijazno podjetje.

Title:ANALYSIS OF THE RECONCILIATION OF WORK AND FAMILY LIFE IN THE SELECTED ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis is reconciliation of professional and family life. By reconciling private and professional life, equal opportunities for gender in society and in the labor market can be promoted, while organizations and employees, as well as the state, are important in coordinating them. The purpose of diploma work was to study the field of reconciliation of professional and family life, the importance of paternity and maternity, parenting and the reconciliation of work and family life. In this regard, the challenge was to determine the status in the selected organization and how the employees in this organization are satisfied with the private or family life. The research was made by surveys in organization Palma-pur. The results of the research showed that in this organization the most often care for the child is shared equally between both partners, but women employees are those who often use personal leave for the purpose of child care. The research also showed that working parents consider that the organization does not understand problems in reconciling work and family life, and that employed parents are not always satisfied with the organization of schedules. The usefulness of the conducted research is that the organization now has the opportunity to inspect critical points in the field of personnel, more precisely employed parents and can implement changes in the problematic field by rearranging the processes of organization of work and schedules. In addition, it can regulate the field of reconciling professional work with family, with one of the important tools available to organizations, certainly the Family Friendly Company certificate.
