Abstract
Uporabniki nizkocenovnih strojev za ostrenje tračnih in gaterskih žaginih listov za les poročajo o težavah pri zagotavljanju ustrezne kakovosti ostrenja in kratke dobe trajanja komponent stroja. V nalogi je predstavljena metoda za izračun delovnih obremenitev med ostrilnim brušenjem in preračun glavnega vretena brusilnega stroja glede na natančnost brušenja. Na podlagi izračunov optimalne razdalje med ležaji in minimalnega premera gredi je predstavljen primer konstrukcijske rešitve vležajenja vretena s primernimi ležaji in tesnjenjem, ki je tehnično in ekonomsko učinkovita.

Title:Design of the main spindle bearing arrangement for sharpening grinding machine
Abstract:
Low cost wood bandsaw blade sharpening machine users report about problems with providing appropriate sharpening quality and short component life. This thesis presents a method for calculating sharpening grinding forces and grinding precision calculation of a grinding machine main spindle. Based on the calculation results, of an optimal distance between bearings and minimum shaft diameter, is presented a spindle bearing arrangement solution, with suitable bearings and sealings, which is technically and economically efficient.
