Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen obstoječ postopek barvanja obdelovancev, katerega hrbtenico predstavlja viseč verižni transporter. V nadaljevanju so prikazani razlogi in zahteve glede razširitve sistema. Prikazano je snovanje razširjenega verižnega transporterja, izračun njegove nosilne konstrukcije ter njegovih pogonskih komponent. Tako je s programom SolidWorks izdelan prostorski model nosilne konstrukcije transporterja, ki je v nadaljevanju analizirana s programom Abaqus po metodi MKE. Za viseči verižni transporter smo določili silo v verigi, potrebno vlečno silo ter preverili, če obstoječi elektromotor ustreza novim obratovalnim zahtevam.

Title:Supporting structure of overhead chain conveyor
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, the existing procedure for workpieces colouring based on overhead chain conveyor is described. The reasons and requirements for upgrading of the system are presented. Extension of overhead chain conveyor and calculation of its supporting structure and its drive components are preformed. Thus, a spatial model of conveyor supporting structure is designed using Solidworks software and further analysis with Abaqus software according to FEM method is conducted. Furthermore, the chain force and subsequent required pull force is determined and evaluation weather the existing electric motor meets the standards of the new operating requirements is made.
