Uvedba standarda ISO 9001:2015 v mikro podjetje

Magistrsko delo preučuje uvedbo standarda ISO 9001:2015 v mikro družinsko podjetje, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo ulitkov iz aluminijevih zlitin. Opisana je uporaba različnih orodij in metod načrtovanja in obvladovanja kakovosti. Pojasnjene so zahteve standarda ISO 9001:2015 in postopek certificiranja. Opravljena je analiza obstoječega stanja v podjetju. Razloženi so koraki uvedbe sistema vodenja kakovosti in potek certifikacijskih presoj. Predstavljeni so sprejeti ukrepi, spremembe in prilagoditve, ki smo jih vpeljali za učinkovito uskladitev sistema vodenja podjetja z zahtevami standarda ISO 9001:2015. V zaključku je ovrednoteno stanje v podjetju po uspešni pridobitvi certifikata.

• Title: Introduction of the ISO 9001:2015 standard into a micro company

Abstract

The master’s thesis examines the introduction of the ISO 9001:2015 standard into a micro family – owned company, which produces aluminium alloys castings. The use of different quality assurance tools and methods is described. The requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the certification process are clarified. An analysis of the existing situation in the company is carried out. The steps for the introduction of the quality management system and the course of certification audits are explained. There are presented measures, changes and adjustments we have introduced for the effective alignment of the company’s management system with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements. In conclusion is evaluated the resulting situation in the company, after the successful acquisition of the certificate.
