Abstract
V tej zaključni nalogi je predstavljen postopek identifikacije ekscentričnosti rotorja s pomočjo merjenja momenta na elektromotorju. V uvodnem delu je predstavljen rotor in osnove električnih motorjev. V nadaljevanju je matematično popisan model gibajočega se rotorja v gravitacijskem polju v primeru, ko gravitacija vpliva na moment elektromotorja in v primeru, ko vpliv gravitacije zanemarimo. V jedru naloge se osredotočimo na vpliv ekscentra na zagonski moment. Prikazana je numerična simulacija zagona in vrtenja ekscentričnega rotorja s konstantno hitrostjo. Na koncu je izvedeno tudi eksperimentalno ovrednotenje koncepta.

Title:Identification rotor eccentricity by measuring torque on electromotor
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis a method for measuring the eccentricity of the rotor by measuring the torque on an electric motor is presented. The introduction presents the rotor and the basic theory of electric motors. The work continues with mathematical description of the moving rotor with and without taking account gravitation effect. Further on, we focus on the impact of the eccentric rotor on the startup torque. Finally, also the experimental evaluation of the concept is preseted.
