Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava raziskavo novega načina pritrjevanja reflektorja na ohišje svetilke in konstrukcijsko snovanje le-tega. Glavna naloga diplomskega dela je raziskati, s katero tehnologijo narediti refleksivni kos in na kakšen način ga pritrditi na ohišje svetilke, da bo končna izdelava izdelka čim cenejša. Najprej sta opisani tehnologiji, ki bi bili lahko uporabljeni za izdelavo refleksivnega kosa, in nato možni načini združevanja refleksivnega kosa z ohišjem svetilke. Določili smo želje in zahteve, ki jih mora izdelek izpolnjevati, in na osnovi teh naredili funkcijsko strukturo. S pomočjo morfološke matrike smo prišli do šestih konceptov, ki smo jih tehnično in ekonomsko ovrednotili. Dva koncepta smo obdelali podrobneje in ju zmodelirali v modelirnem programu. Končna odločitev o tem, kateri model je bolj primeren, temelji na številu in velikosti serije.

Title:Research of possible fixation of reflector on the lamp housing
Abstract:
The diploma deals with a research of a new method of fixing a reflector in the lamp housing and its design. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to investigate, which technology is the most appropriate for manufacturing the reflective piece, and how to fix it in the lamp housing in order to lower the cost of the final product. Initially, the thesis describes the technology that could be used to produce the reflective piece, and moves on to the possible solutions for combining the reflective piece with the lamp housing. After determining the wishes and requirements that the product must fulfill, a functional structure was made. With a help of a morphological matrix, six concepts were designed and technically and economically evaluated. Further on, two concepts were processed in more detail and modeled in 3D CAD environment. The final selection, which model is more appropriate is based on the size of the production series.
